  1. Pick the date, then tap the open courts and times you want.
  2. Enter your name and mobile, then tap Request Booking on Messenger. We hold your slots for 15 minutes.
  3. Send your GCash or Maya payment on Messenger. Once we confirm, you're all set.

FAQ

What time are you open?

We’re open every day, Monday to Sunday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 midnight. Come play anytime that works for you!

How much is court rental?

Court rental is ₱400 per hour for each court — simple and straightforward, no hidden fees.

Where are you located?

Do I need to reserve, or can I just walk in?

Best way to be sure a court is ready is to reserve ahead: tap the open slots on the booking page, then message us to lock it in. Walk-ins are welcome too, but booking ahead guarantees your spot.

How far ahead can I book?

Up to 15 days in advance online — just pick your date and time on the booking page. Need a date further out? Message us and we’ll arrange it for you.

Memberships, or pay-per-play?

No memberships, no commitments — Round X is pay-per-play. Book your court, come by, and enjoy the game.

Tournaments, corporate events, or private parties?

Absolutely. Message us on Facebook or email [email protected] and we’ll sort out the rates and schedule.

Is there parking on-site?

Yes — dedicated parking right in front of the facility.

Do you rent paddles?

We do! Paddle rental is ₱100, yours to use the whole time you’re playing.

Do you offer coaching?

Yes! For coaching, message us before booking a slot so we can check availability — we’ll book your court for you.

How do I join Open Play sessions?

Download the Reclub app, create your account, and search for Round X Apalit Pickleball Club — or use our club code: KWQOA

Can we bring our own food and drinks?

Of course! You’re welcome to bring your own, or order from our partner vendor for court-side delivery.

Is there a dress code?

Please wear tennis or badminton court shoes — no casual shoes, boots, or slippers on the courts.

Terms of Service

Booking your court: it’s ₱400 per court, per hour, and we’re open every day from 8:00 AM to 12:00 midnight. You can book up to 15 days ahead. Just pick your slots, then message us. Your booking is confirmed once you’ve paid in full.

Can’t make it? All confirmed bookings are final and non-refundable. But don’t worry, you have two options: pass your booking to a friend (just tell us their name before your court time), or move it to another date and time, if a slot is open.

Planning a private event? Message us on Facebook or email [email protected]. A 50% downpayment locks in your date (this part is non-refundable), plus a ₱3,000 security deposit that we return after the event once we’ve checked the facility. The balance is paid before the event.

Taking care of the place: please treat our courts like your own. If anything gets damaged, like nets, flooring, lights, equipment or anything in the facility, the repair cost will be charged to you.

Play safe: you park and play at your own risk. Round X isn’t liable for injuries, accidents, theft, or lost items. Kids are welcome, but parents or guardians are responsible for them.

House rules: court shoes only, please (tennis or badminton shoes). No casual shoes, boots, or slippers on the courts, and keep food and drinks off the courts too.

Privacy Policy

What we ask for: just your name, mobile number, and proof of payment. Only what we need to get you on the court.

Why we need it: so we can confirm your booking, check your payment, and keep you updated about your game.

Keeping in touch: for court bookings, we chat on Facebook Messenger. You message us, and we’ll send your booking updates there. For private events, just email us at [email protected] and we’ll reply by email.

Safe with us: we use your details only for your bookings, nothing else. We don’t sell them or share them with others, except to confirm your payment or when the law requires it.

You’re in control: we only keep your details while we need them for your bookings. Want them deleted? Just send us a message anytime.
